Stretch Marks

Charlotte:  Mommy, why do you have wrinkles on your stomach?

Me:  They are called stretch marks and sometimes women get them when they get pregnant.

Charlotte:  Why?

Me:  Because the skin stretches so much.

Charlotte:  That’s kind of weird.

Me:  I agree.
