I started getting cabin fever today. I get too annoyed with the crowds, so I avoid all shopping this weekend. Instead I go during the week around 8 pm because the crowds are pretty thin by then. To get out I took both babies to the grocery store to buy a few things. They LOVE going out and about and are so quiet just soaking everything in. Both went down for their naps when we got home.
During their nap I put the Christmas tree up! We had to get it out of storage, and by we, I mean Chris. Cooper loves playing with it, but Charlotte is terrified and starts crying. This about the same reaction my sister Savannah had when she was a baby. We got it on film so I'll have to post it later.
Since Cooper is teething again, he is biting me during nursing again. It hurts! Luckily he responds very quickly to me flinching. I can't wait for his new teeth to come in so he can stop biting.
We got more paperwork in the mail about the adoption. The newest paperwork says everything won't be finalized until July. This makes us frustrated and sad because we never get the same story twice. Why does it have to take so long?? And why can't we get that question answered??

I think if Maile was a little younger like Charlotte and Cooper we'd have to edit even more, but now that she actually understands the word no and don't touch, we can allow her a little more room to play with the tree. I am worried about presents though, we might have to wait to put them out. Sorry to hear about the adoption being put off longer.. I hope it comes through sooner, and considering no one can give you an actual date maybe it will! We'll keep our fingers crossed! BTW love the new page layout! I too LOVE snowman.
