Nintendo theme: Cooper as Mario, Charlotte as Princess Peach, Chris as Luigi, Me as Yoshi
Farm theme: Cooper as a pig, Charlotte as a cow, Chris as a Farmer, Me as Farmer's wife
Wizard of Oz: Cooper as Cowardly Lion, Charlotte as Dorothy, Chris as Tin Man or Scarecrow, I can be Wicked Witch or Glinda, Scout can be Toto
Cooper can be mustard, Charlotte can be ketchup, Chris can be a hotdog, I can be a hamburger
Chess pieces: Cooper is King, Charlotte is Queen, and Chris and I are the pawns

I saw a big family do the Wizard of Oz one year (they won at the costume contest!). I babysat a family that did Peter Pan. The mom made all the costumes and they were INCREDIBLE. Good luck choosing! They're all cute!
I LOVE Halloween and I can't wait to see what you end up picking! There are so many of your ideas that I love, but I couldn't decide which ones I liked the best. I don't know how your kids are with hats, but when Ellie was that age she didn't want to have anything to do with her headpiece. I ended up getting her to wear it by bribing her, but that's something you might want to take into consideration.
Are you going to buy these costumes? I'd love to know if you find a good source.
