Cooper: Mommy, daddy told me when there are lots of gooses they are called geese and when there is only one they are called gooses.
Me: Yes, that sounds about right. Did you know that when there are more than mouse you call them mice, but if there is only one you call it a mouse?
Cooper: Well what do cats chase, like on Tom and Jerry?
Me: They chase mice.
Cooper: No they chase mouses because they only go after one.
Me: Well then you have to say the cat will chase one mouse.
Cooper: I like learning new languages. Sometimes I know the words and sometimes they are new words.
