Taylor Swift 1989 World Tour

Charlotte and I went to the Taylor Swift concert.  Taylor Swift is Charlotte’s favorite singer and we bought the tickets for her in Dec 2014 for her birthday for her first concert.  She was tremendously patient!  We had VIP tickets, so we got to go early and buy merchandise and eat food.  Charlotte LOVED this part.  When we checked our our seats, we were about 13 rows back and 4 seats from the center ‘T’ stage.  Charlotte said, “I thought we were in the 1st row!”  Um, no, and these are super amazing seats, especially for a 7 year old!

She loved the trucks and trains.  Look at her trying to watch the train while I took a picture.

We were all given these light up bracelets that changed color and rhythm with the music.Very cool.

Taylor gave this long speech about being true to yourself and Charlotte became really sentimental and said, “That’s me mommy!  She’s talking about me!”

We were able to see Taylor Swift up close.  Charlotte kept yelling her name as though Taylor would turn and say hello.  Taylor Swift had some fantastic outfits!

It was such an awesome experience to have with my daughter.  She had nothing but pure joy on her face the entire concert.  It made my heart swell with all the beautiful things parenting can be.
