And on the right we have Daddy! So gentle, so patient, so persistent.
On the left, Doggie, Scout! So wild, so clumsy, and can't-pay-attention-to-any-one-thing-ever.
Daddy takes the first move and places his hand on mommy's tummy! Without missing a beat, Scout immediately begins pawing at daddy's hand...and the battle begins!
Daddy shoves Scout aside...and, oh no, did he miss feeling the baby for the first time?!?
Not to be deterred, Scout jumps back on the couch and rests her head on daddy's hand and then begins to nudge it away with her nose!! She can't let daddy win!
Excitement is building, and daddy is getting desperate, so daddy tells Scout, no! and shoves her away again.
Scout just keeps coming back for more...now she starts chewing on daddy's fingers!
Mommy steps in and saves the day! She gently pins Scout down and allows daddy to FEEL THE BABY MOVE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!
:) Christopher finally felt the baby move and he was so, so excited. He said it feels like a little tap, but I think it feels like giant punches, kicks and I'm positive the baby thinks my bladder is a trampoline. Christopher can't wait to feel it again!
