34 weeks: I'm officially a punching bag

What's happening to the baby:

The baby measures about 19.8 inches from head to toe and weighs about 5 pounds. The baby is probably settling into the head-down position, although it might not be final. Organs are now almost fully mature, except for the lungs, and the skin is pink instead of red. Fingernails reach the ends of fingers, but toenails are not yet fully grown. Baby might have lots of hair. Movements are less frequent because of the tight fit.

Wowsers!!! Cooper can't sit still! He has been so active today I think I'm bruised from the inside. I can feel his distict little hands and strong legs and feet. I love feeling him move, but I could really use a break! I feel like a punching bag. I can even feel the swoosh if he moves his arm or leg too fast. It's so weird.

Scout did really great at training yesterday. She has learned to shake and we are trying to teach her to roll over. She gets to her side and just lays there, so we jokingly call it play dead. She is so much better at home and really listens to us. Graduation is next weekend. We'll take pictures and a video (with our new video camera!), since we also get to do a little agility with her.

I can't believe I only have three weeks left at work!! It's really unbelievable. I'm looking foward to the time off.

I've posted new belly pics. I got my first stretch marks on my belly. :( Oh well, guess it's part of pregnancy. At least they are small and light.
