Writing Charlotte’s adoption story has been very emotional for me. Although I wanted to publish the second part today, I just need to take a few days away from thinking about it. There are so many emotions involved, especially after she came home. I just need a day or two.
So I’ll leave you with a couple of tidbits:
Cooper lost his 3rd tooth today. Well, he yanked it out. His two top teeth are loose as well. Charlotte has a tooth so loose that it grosses me out to see her wiggle it.
We were walking in Target the other day and we walked by the Elf on a Shelf display. Cooper says ‘We don’t need one of those.’ I asked him why and he responded, ‘Because ours comes from the North Pole.’
Charlotte’s entire Christmas List is made up of Cars, Planes, Lego City, Lego Ninjago, Minions, Nerf Guns, Mario, and one item from Doc McStuffins. It’s awesome.
Charlotte learned her entire heart word list last month. She was SO proud of herself.
We had a wonderfully small Thanksgiving with just Chris’ family. We hosted and surprisingly, I did not make too much food.
